We ask for our members with the Bilt Mastercard to use their card at least 5 times in a statement cycle to earn points toward that statement cycle.
Paying rent does count towards one of the 5 required transactions.

How can I tell how many transactions I've made in a statement period?
- A transaction counter will appear in the Wallet > Bilt Card tab of the Bilt Rewards app and our website if you have not met the 5 transaction requirements within your current statement period. Once you've made 5 or more transactions, the counter will disappear. The transaction counter will re-appear when a new statement period begins.
Why are my rent points reflected as pending?
- Your rent points will post as pending if you have not yet reached the 5 transaction minimum for your current statement cycle. Once you have 5 transactions, your points will activate and become available to you.
