If you'd like to change the email address associated with your Bilt account, you can do so from our website!
- Click here and sign in to your account
- On the right side of the screen, click the ellipsis (3 vertical dots "⋮") next to [Your Name]
- Click Account
- Click Account Details
- Click the arrow next to your current email address to change your email
If you're still unable to change your email or if the phone number associated with your Bilt account needs to be corrected or updated, please reach out to our support team by interacting with the Chat Widget on our website or submit a support ticket here.
Note: If you have the Bilt Mastercard, changing your account details with Bilt does not update your account details with Card Services. You should also reach out to them directly by calling the number on the back of your Bilt Mastercard to update your account details with their team.
