If you forgot your password, you can request a password reset link be sent to your email address at login, either on our website or in the Bilt app, by selecting Reset Password
If you want to change your password, you can request a password reset link be sent to your email in the Bilt Rewards app when you follow the steps below:
- Select the Rewards tab > Tap your name located at the top of the tab
- Tap Settings at the top right of the screen
- Tap Change Password > Tap Send reset password link
Once a password reset link is requested, an email will be sent to you. If you don’t get an email, please check your Spam or Bulk Mail folders.
