Points do not expire as long as your account remains open and is active*, but members with the Bilt Mastercard need to use their card at least 5 times in a statement cycle to earn points toward that statement cycle. Points will reflect as pending and will post to your Bilt account once you've met the 5 transaction requirement for each statement period.
*You will immediately lose all your Points if your account status changes to inactive, your account is closed, or for any of the reasons outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
“Inactive Account” means a Membership Account for which there has been no activity for 18 months. Activity for the purposes this definition means: ; i) Rent payments made through your Membership Account; ii) Qualified Purchases made with a Member’s Co-Brand Credit Card, if applicable (see section 6, below); iii) any redemption made using Bilt Points; or iv) any participation in a promotional sweepstakes offered by Bilt.
