Properties in The Bilt Rewards Alliance are considered In-Network. When your property is part of The Bilt Rewards Alliance, your building will be Bilt branded, and Bilt will integrate with your management system. When it's time for an in-network Bilt member to make a rent payment, they can do so directly in the Bilt Rewards app or on our website.
Out-Of-Network is the term we use to describe a Bilt member who does not rent from a Bilt Alliance property. When you rent outside of the Bilt Alliance, you can still use Bilt when you're approved for the Bilt Mastercard®. As long as your landlord accepts checks or uses an online payment portal, you'll be able to use Bilt to earn points on your rent payments.
