There are two ways you can earn Bilt Elite Status:
- Bilt points earned: You can earn status as you earn Bilt Points.
- Fast-track with spend: You can earn status through spend on the Bilt Card, as well as eligible spend, excluding rent, in the Bilt ecosystem
Bilt Members will achieve the higher of the two statuses earned through qualifying points or via spend through spend via the fast track. Tier status earned at any point in a year remains active through the end of the following year (So if you earn Gold status by the end of a calendar year, you'll keep that status in the following year). Additional details regarding Tier Status can be found in the Bilt Rewards Terms and Conditions
How can I achieve Elite Status through qualifying points?
Qualifying points include all points earned in a calendar year from both rent and non-rent spend, including points unlocked by redeeming Bilt Cash for rent or mortgage payments. Points from all of these activities are added to your spendable points balance and also count toward your status tier. You will achieve status based on the following point milestones:
Blue - anyone enrolled in Bilt Rewards with under 50,000 Bilt Points earned
Silver - 50,000 Bilt Points earned
Gold - 125,000 Bilt Points earned
Platinum - 200,000 Bilt Points earned
Points earned in the following ways do not count toward status tier: referrals, courtesy points, points from member surveys, and incremental campaign bonus points (such as the 5X for 5 Days promotion).
How can I achieve Elite Status through the Fast Track?
The Fast Track includes all non-rent dollars spent on the Bilt Card, as well as in the Bilt ecosystem, as defined below. You can achieve Elite Status based on the following:
Blue - anyone enrolled in Bilt Rewards with under $10,000 dollars spent
Silver - $10,000 dollars spent
Gold - $25,000 dollars spent
Platinum - $50,000 dollars spent
Spend in the following ways counts toward your tier status via the Fast Track: non-rent spend on the Bilt Card; spend on Neighborhood Fitness classes booked through Bilt and at Bilt Dining restaurants with any card linked to your Bilt account; spend on Lyft rideshare when Bilt is set as your rewards partner in the Lyft app; spend at Walgreens with any card linked to your Bilt account; and spend in the Bilt Travel Portal.
How do I know how many points I have until the next tier?
To see how many Tier points you have earned and how many points you need to earn to achieve the next Bilt Status Tier, follow the steps below:
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner > click Your Status
- Now you can see how many points you have until you achieve the next Status Tier as well as how many points you need to earn to achieve each Status Tier
Why are my spendable and tier points balances different?
Your spendable balance refers to the amount of Bilt Points you have available and can currently redeem. Certain bonus categories will only count toward your spendable balance.
Your tier balance refers to the amount of Bilt Points you have earned in the current calendar year based on spend and resets at the end of the year. Your status is determined based on the number of tier points you've earned at the end of a calendar year.
