With Bilt, your points can be turned into next month’s rent money. Depending on how you pay rent with Bilt, the way to redeem your Bilt Points may look a little different. To learn how to apply points toward your rent payment check out the steps below!
If you rent at a Bilt Alliance Property:

In the Bilt Rewards app or on our website:
- Select the Pay Rent tab
- Tap/Click Make a Rent Payment
- Enter the amount you'd like to pay (type in the amount for partial payments or tap full amount if paying in full)
- Once the total rent amount is entered, you'll be redirected to the Review & Pay page where you can switch the Pay with Points toggle to ON (The minimum points payment is 1000 points)

If you rent outside of the Bilt Rewards Alliance:

Pay Rent By Check
In The Bilt Rewards app:
- Select the Pay Rent tab > Pay by check
- Tap Pay now
- Enter the full rent amount you'd like to pay
- Verify your check payment details, then tap Continue
- Once the total rent amount is entered, you'll be redirected to the Review & Pay page where you can switch the Pay with Points toggle to ON (The minimum points payment is 1000 points)
