Setting Up BillPay

If it is your first time using your BillPay Account in your online payment portal, you will need to add it as a payment method. To do so, follow these steps:

1. 1. Copy the account and routing number shown in Bilt
   2. Log in to your rent payment portal
   3. Add a new payment method in your payment portal - usually it’s titled "Bank" or "ACH"
   4. Paste the account and routing numbers from Bilt

      • Note - if it asks for an address, you can use 1 Letterman Dr A4-700, San Francisco, CA 94129
