If your online portal (or a third-party site like Venmo or Paypal etc.) requires verification, a deposit will be sent to your Bilt Rent Account. Once the deposit has been made, you'll receive an email and text message from Bilt with the deposit amount to enter into your online payment portal. Depending on your online portal, this could take anywhere from 1-3 days, so if you don't receive an email immediately, don't worry!
