Set up autopay for rent checks

Using the Bilt app:

1. Select the Pay Rent tab

2. Tap Autopay for Rent

3. Input the payment amount you’d like to process automatically each month.

4. Select the delivery method you'd like to use (USPS First Class Mail, FedEx 2Day®, FedEx Standard Overnight®)

Note: Any delivery charges will be added to your monthly rent payment amount

5. Select the day you want your check to be mailed each month (This is the date the check will be initiated, not the date the check will arrive)

6. Review and confirm your details. If everything looks good, tap Next

FYI: If the rent amount entered is greater than your available credit, you'll need to enable BiltProtect Debit to complete the autopay for rent setup.

7. A confirmation screen will appear letting you know you've successfully set up autopay for rent.

 

To turn off autopay for rent checks:

  1. On the Pay Rent tab, tap Autopay settings
  2. Tap Turn off recurring payments
