We have a variety of rent check delivery methods that include:
- USPS First Class Mail (Free) - Can take 5-7 business days to deliver
- FedEx 2Day ($10.00) - Includes delivery confirmation
- FedEx Standard Overnight ($30.00)- Includes delivery confirmation
If you are sending your checks to a P.O. Box, you will only be able to select USPS First Class Mail as your shipping method.

How can I track the status of my rent check?
You can track your rent checks progress in the Pay Rent tab of the Bilt Rewards app by tapping View payment details
How many rent payments can I make with this method per month?
We allow Bilt members to make up to 3 eligible payments every 30 days. However, there are instances where we might block payments due to other transaction monitoring rules we have in place.
What if my rent check arrives late?
Unfortunately, delivery delays can impact the date a check is scheduled to arrive. Let us know if your rent check has not arrived within the delivery timeline by interacting with the Chatbot on our website. We'll be happy to help.
How do I cancel my rent check?
In the Bilt Rewards app:
- Select the Pay Rent tab
- Scroll down to view your Rent payment history
- Tap View all
- Click into the check payment you'd like to cancel
- Tap Cancel Check and follow the on-screen prompts.
How do I know if my rent check has been cashed?
When your rent check is cashed, the payment status will update to Check Cashed. To see whether your rent check has been cashed, open the Bilt Rewards app and follow the steps below:
1. Select the Pay Rent tab
2. Scroll down to view Rent Payment History > Tap View all
3. Select the rent check you want to check the status of
Under Payment Status, you'll see if your rent check was cashed. |
