How do I change my email address or phone number?

If you'd like to change the email address associated with your Bilt account, you can do so using the Bilt app or website:

1. 1. On the For you tab, click your profile icon at the top right 
   2. Tap or click Account Settings > Account
   3. Select the current email address on file and follow the on-screen prompts

To change the phone number associated with your account, please log into the Bilt Rewards website: 

1. On the For you tab, click your profile icon in the top right corner
2. Under Account, select Phone Number
3. Choose a verification method (text, email, or call) to verify your current phone number
4. Enter the verification code you received
5. Enter your new phone number
6. Verify your new number via text, email, or call by entering the code you receive
7. You're all set! Your phone number has been successfully updated

Note:  Members with the Bilt Mastercard® should also contact their card issuer to update their contact information by calling the number on the back of their Bilt Mastercard.
