How do I change my email address or phone number?

If you'd like to change the email address associated with your Bilt account, you can do so using the Bilt app or website:

1.  
   1. Click on your points balance either on the top left corner of the Bilt app or on the top right corner on our website 
   2. Tap or click Account Settings
   3. Under the Account section, click on your current email address and follow the on-screen prompts

To change the phone number associated with your account, please log into the Bilt Rewards website: 

1. Click on your points balance on the top right corner on our website 
2. Tap or click Account Settings
3. Under the Account section, tap Phone Number
4. Follow the on screen prompts to update your phone number
