When living outside of a Bilt Alliance property, you have several payment options available.
Bilt Mastercard: If you're approved for the Bilt Mastercard, you can use it to pay rent with no transaction fee. You'll earn up to 1.25X Bilt Points on rent payments.
Bank Account/ACH: All members can pay using a bank account linked via Plaid with a $1.95 processing fee. You'll earn up to 250 points on your payment.
Debit Cards: Pay using a linked Visa or Mastercard debit card for a flat fee of $9.95. You'll earn up to 250 points when using this payment method.
Discover/Amex Debit Cards: Pay using a linked Discover or Amex debit card for a 3% processing fee (minimum $3.00). You'll earn up to 250 points when using this payment method.
Domestic Credit Cards: Pay with a linked domestic credit card for a 3% processing fee (minimum $3.00). When using a third-party credit card for rent payments, you will earn 1 Bilt Point per $2 spent.
International Cards: Pay with an international credit or debit card for a 4% processing fee (minimum $3.00). International credit card payments earn 1 Bilt Point per $2 spent, and international debit card payments earn up to 250 points.
