What is Daily Rewards?
A new way to earn rewards. When you make your first monthly housing payment or spend with a partner in your neighborhood, you earn a Daily Reward. This is how members who do not have a Bilt Card will be rewarded for their on-time rent and mortgage payments.
When do I start earning a Daily Reward?
Daily Rewards will launch on January 15, 2027. Qualifying spend at neighborhood partners will earn both points and a Daily Reward starting on January 15, 2027.
Rent and mortgage payments made before January 15, 2027 will be subject to the current Bilt Rewards Point Earning Terms. Payments made on or after January 15 will earn a Daily Reward.
Can I earn Daily Rewards if I don't pay rent or a mortgage through Bilt?
Yes. Eligible Bilt Members can earn Daily Rewards by taking qualifying actions with participating neighborhood partners. Making a housing payment is another way to earn a Daily Reward.
What makes a housing payment eligible for Daily Rewards?
An eligible, on-time rent or mortgage payment earns a Daily Reward. You can earn a reward once per month (25 days), regardless of how many payments you make during that period. This includes housing payments made with flexible rent solutions.
You will earn a daily reward in lieu of your guaranteed Bilt Points. The only way to earn points on every rent and mortgage payment is with one of our Bilt Cards.
I split my rent into multiple payments. Do I still qualify?
You can earn a reward on your housing payment once per eligible payment period (25 days).
How do I earn a Daily Reward?
Make a rent or mortgage payment or spend at a participating neighborhood partner (minimum $5 purchase).
How do I find participating Neighborhood Partners?
You can explore participating locations and eligible activities in the Bilt app. Whether you're dining out, taking a fitness class, or using another participating neighborhood service, you'll be able to see where you can earn Daily Rewards.
How many can I earn per day?
One per day, awarded for the first qualifying action. A housing payment can earn a second, bonus reward, for the same day. Visiting additional participating partners that same day won't generate additional Daily Rewards, but you will still earn Bilt Points.
Do purchases made using Bilt Cash or Bilt Points qualify?
Eligible purchases using Bilt Cash or Bilt Points at participating partners can qualify for Daily Rewards, subject to the minimum purchase value and applicable partner terms.
How long do I have to claim my Daily Reward?
You have 30 days from when the qualifying action is recognized to reveal your Daily Reward options. If you don’t reveal your Daily Reward within 30 days it will expire.
I forgot to reveal my Daily Reward options within 30 days. Can you restore it?
Daily Rewards need to be revealed within 30 days of the qualifying action. After that window, they expire and cannot be restored.
What do I get with Daily Rewards?
You choose between two options (which may appear in any combination): an instant prize (such as Bilt Points) or a collectible piece toward a grand prize.
How do collectible pieces work?
Collect all 4 pieces of a set to win the associated grand prize, such as $1M towards a home. Wins are subject to review.
How do I claim my reward?
You will receive a push notification when your qualifying action is recognized. You can then reveal the reward options (with 30 days) and claim either an instant reward or a collectible piece in the Bilt app.
My transaction was refunded or canceled. What happens to the reward I earned?
Daily Rewards are tied to eligible completed transactions. If a qualifying transaction is reversed or canceled, any associated reward may be reviewed and reversed in accordance with the Official Rules.
When does this start and end?
It starts January 15, 2027, and runs through December 31, 2027, then resets for the calendar year 2028.
What happens to my collectible pieces at the end of the year?
Collectible progress resets at the end of each calendar year. Pieces collected during 2027 won't carry over to 2028, so you'll need to complete a set within the calendar year.
What happened to the points I earned on rent?
They are replaced by Daily Rewards. Bilt Cardholders and partner cards still earn points on housing payments.
Do I need a Bilt card to earn a Daily Reward?
You do not need a Bilt Card to earn a Daily Reward. Cardholders keep their cardholder benefits.
Does my mortgage payment count toward earning Daily Rewards?
Yes.
How can I see my activity?
The Daily tab in Rewards shows each day you played or won.
When are winners announced?
Winners are announced as they claim the 4 qualifying pieces.
Is a purchase necessary?
No purchase necessary. An alternative method of entry will be provided via mail-in. Details on mail-in entries will be provided by the launch.
