Residents at select Bilt Alliance properties can pay their monthly rent with cash!
Important note on Moneygram payments:
There is a $7.99 fee for sending MoneyGram payments Payments made through MoneyGram may take a few days to process and appear in your Bilt account.
We only show biller numbers for the primary resident. If you are the roomate to submit a payment via Moneygram, they can pay using the primary resident’s code and it will go to the same ledger.
Below are the steps for how you can pay rent using MoneyGram:
Find a MoneyGram location. They can do this by visiting the MoneyGram website and using their location finder tool.
Go to the MoneyGram location. You will find either a MoneyGram kiosk or phone.

Pick up the phone and the operator will be dialed automatically
Using the dialpad, follow the prompts to confirm the payment amount, date of birth, and last four digits of the Biller Number.
At the end of the call go to the cashier. Tell them you are Paying a Bill with MoneyGram and show them ID. Once they locate the transaction, give them the cash for the payment to complete the transaction.
Select "Payments" (not "Send Money")
Enter phone number
Search for "Bilt Rewards": Dismiss the frequent companies pop-up by clicking ">", then type "Bilt Rewards" in the search bar
Enter payment amount and Biller Account Number. If you don't have your Biller Account Number, follow the step by step instructions in the guide above on How to Pay with Moneygram.
Follow on-screen prompts: Enter the name and address, then confirm all details.
Create a PIN (if first time): This is optional, but helps for future payments.
Pay at the cashier: Inform the cashier it's a MoneyGram transaction and provide the required details and cash for the payment.
Get your receipt: The associate will process the payment and provide a receipt as proof.
