Who do I ask if I have questions about my rewards for renewing my lease?
For questions about any rewards, please reach out to Bilt via chat.
What happens if I press “confirm?”
Once you press confirm, you’ll be taken to a more detailed view of the terms of your renewal. You’ll be asked to confirm again, and then you may be taken to sign your actual lease within Bilt.
What happens if I’m not renewing?
If you’re not renewing your lease, you’ll be asked to confirm your non-renewal notice. We’ll notify your property manager.
When should I sign my lease renewal?
You’ll be able to sign your lease renewal directly through Bilt. If your property manager has a system where you need to sign your lease outside of Bilt, you’ll receive your actual renewal separately.
What if I want to change my reward?
If you have a reward from your property for resigning your lease, you’ll be able to change your reward selection up until the point that your property manager also signs your lease renewal. Head to your reward at any point up until then, to switch.
When will my reward be issued?
If you have a reward from your property for resigning your lease, you’ll receive it once your property manager has also signed your lease renewal.
How can I see any rewards for my current lease?
Head to the bottom of the page. Any rewards for your current lease will be there.
