Frequently Asked Questions
How do I transfer points to one of your partners?
Point transfers are initiated in Bilt App or our website. Once you sign into your account, follow the step-by-step instructions below to link your accounts and transfer Bilt Points to our loyalty partners:
- Select the Rewards tab > Transfers
- Select the loyalty partner you want to transfer points to and enroll or link your accounts
There is a minimum point transfer of 2,000 Bilt Points for members who are Blue Status and a minimum point transfer of 1,000 Bilt Points for members who are Silver, Gold, or Platinum Bilt Status. All transfers must be done in 1,000 point increments.
What if I change my mind after completing the point transfer?
- Once points are transferred, they cannot be reversed. Transferred points are no longer Bilt Points and are subject to the Terms and Conditions of our partners’ specific programs.
How long do Bilt Points take to transfer?
- In most cases, transfers will be immediate, but please allow up to 48 hours for the transfer to be completed.
Tip: We recommend confirming the flight or hotel availability with the loyalty partner prior to transferring points and considering placing a hold on the reservation as well!
