To claim a resident reward issued from your property, please refer to the steps and screenshot below.
Start by logging into your account and following the steps:
Tap on the My Home tab > Lease details
Look for the section labeled, Your available rewards and offers and then click Deposit your reward
Select who the award is for, you or all leaseholders
Then hit Confirm
Please note that if you select points as your reward, they will appear under the My Lease tab. If you choose a concession, this will appear on your ledger at different times depending on your specific reward. If you choose a gift card as your reward, you will find this under the Rewards tab > Everyday rewards tab > Gift Cards.
