How to pay rent with Bilt Points – Bilt Rewards Support

With Bilt, your points can be turned into next month’s rent. Depending on how you pay rent with Bilt, you may be able to redeem before your pay or at checkout.

To learn how to apply points toward your next rent payment, check out the steps below!

Redeem points for rent credits before you pay

Bilt Alliance Residents:

Using the Bilt Rewards app or website:

Select the Pay Rent tab
Under Pay with Points, click or tap Redeem points and follow the on-screen instructions

Pay Rent Online or Pay by Check:

Using the Bilt Rewards app or website:

Select the Pay Rent tab
Click or tap the green Pay with Points banner to redeem your points for a rent credit

3. After you submit your redemption, you'll see the pending credit reflected on the Pay Rent tab, which will automatically be applied to your next initiated rent payment

Redeem points for rent while you pay

Bilt Alliance Residents

Using the Bilt Rewards app or website:

Select the Pay Rent tab
Click or tap Make a payment
Click or tap the Pay with points toggle on, confirm the amount of points you want to use and the redemption amount you'll receive
When you're ready to submit your payment, select Pay

Pay by Check

Using the Bilt Rewards app:

Select the Pay Rent tab > Pay by check, then Tap Pay now
Enter the rent amount you'd like to pay
Review your payment details then click Continue
Tap the Pay with points toggle on, confirm the amount of points you want to use and the redemption amount you'll receive
When you're ready to submit your payment, tap Pay

Not applicable for Pay Rent Online
