With Bilt, your points can be turned into next month’s rent. Depending on how you pay rent with Bilt, you may be able to redeem before your pay or at checkout.

Redeem points for rent credits before you pay

Bilt Alliance Residents:
Using the Bilt Rewards app or website:
- Select the Pay Rent tab
- Under Pay with Points, click or tap into the tile to redeem your points towards a rent credit
- After you submit your redemption, you'll see the pending credit reflected on the Pay Rent tab, which will automatically be applied to your next initiated rent payment

BillPay for Rent:
Using the Bilt Rewards app or website:
- Select the Pay Rent
- Under the BillPay for Rent section click into the Rent Credit tile and follow the on screen prompts to redeem your points for a rent credit
- After you submit your redemption, you'll see the pending credit reflected on the Pay Rent tab, which will automatically be applied to your next initiated rent payment

Using the Bilt Rewards app or website:
- Select the Pay Rent tab
- Click or tap Make a payment
- Click or tap the Pay with points toggle on, confirm the amount of points you want to use and the redemption amount you'll receive
- When you're ready to submit your payment, select Pay

BillPay for Rent: Sending out a Check
Using the Bilt Rewards app:
- Open the Bilt app and navigate to the Pay rent tab
- Enter your monthly rent amount in the designated field
- Tap Next and select Check as your payment method
- Enter your check payment details
- Select your preferred delivery method for the rent check
- Tap Next to review your payment information
- Before you tap Pay, enable the toggle to Save on payments by using points and the points will be applied to your payment.
