Scan Check Digitally

Bilt Alliance Residents at select properties who are unable to pay rent using Bilt Payment Center may be able to pay rent via personal check and scan their check digitally to their property using the Bilt app

Note: This payment option is not eligible to earn rewards

Please make sure to enable your camera in the settings of your device. 

1. Select the My Home tab

2. Tap the ellipsis [...] at the top right of the screen and select Pay with a Check or Cash

4. Under Check payments, tap Send digitally and follow the on-screen prompts

  • Use the on-screen guide to take photos of the front and back of your check, ensuring your check is placed on a dark surface in a well-lit area and all 4 corners of the check are visible.
