How to earn up to 50,000 Bilt Points with the Broker Closing Offer
Overview
The Broker Closing Offer is a limited-time promotional offer that allows Bilt Members to earn up to 50,000 Bilt Points when matched with a mortgage broker through Bilt. Points are earned across two stages: pre-approval and closing.
Before you begin
- You must be a Bilt Member with an account in good standing.
- This offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis with a limited number of participants.
- You will need access to the Bilt app on mobile or desktop.
Steps

Get matched with a mortgage broker
Open the Buy a Home tab in the Bilt app on mobile or desktop. Complete the questions to get matched with a mortgage broker through Bilt.

Receive your confirmation email
Once matched, you will receive a confirmation email. This email marks the start of your Offer Period.

Obtain a verified pre-approval
Work with your matched mortgage broker to obtain a verified pre-approval.
Earn 25,000 Bilt Points (deposited within 30 days of verified pre-approval)

Close your mortgage loan
Close a mortgage loan through that same mortgage broker during the Offer Period.
Earn an additional 25,000 Bilt Points (deposited within 72 hours of verified loan closing)
What happens next
- After obtaining a verified pre-approval, 25,000 Bilt Points will appear in your account within 30 days.
- After closing your mortgage loan, an additional 25,000 Bilt Points will appear in your account within 72 hours.
- Points earned through this offer do not count toward tier status (Silver, Gold, Platinum) for the calendar year.

Common questions
Do I need pre-approval to earn points? Yes. Pre-approval must be obtained to qualify for either the pre-approval or the closing points award.
When does the Offer Period start? The Offer Period begins on the date you receive the email confirming you have been matched with a mortgage broker through Bilt. It ends on October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
Do these points count toward my tier status? No. Points earned through this offer do not count toward tier status (Silver, Gold, Platinum) for the calendar year.
Can I participate more than once? No. This offer is available one (1) time per eligible Bilt Member.
What if I do not close within 90 days? The loan must close within 90 days of your initial conversation with the mortgage broker to qualify for the closing bonus.
What happens if my Bilt account is closed or in default? Your Bilt account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment. If your account is not in good standing, you will not receive the points.
