What is the Lyft Pay with Points Feature?
Bilt members who have linked their Lyft account to Bilt will be able to redeem their Bilt Points to cover their Lyft ride.
Can I book a Lyft ride directly in the Bilt app with Bilt Points?
Yes, you can book a ride directly in the Bilt app without linking a Lyft account. Just use the "call Bilt Car Service" feature in the Rideshare tab, and select the amount of points you'd like to use on your ride. You can pay for all or part of your ride with Bilt points when you book your ride from the Bilt app.
Can members choose how many points they want to use for a ride?
No, members can redeem points for the full remaining balance of a ride (after application of any credits or discounts).
How can members activate this feature?
Members must link their Lyft and Bilt accounts in order to use Bilt Points. Members will then see the option to select their Bilt Points to cover the cost of their ride cost before they proceed to call their ride in the Lyft app.
Do members still earn Bilt Points for rides while using this feature?
Members who link their Bilt and Lyft accounts will earn Bilt Points on rides paid for using a linked debit or credit card. Any ride paid for using points will not earn Bilt Points.
