General Questions
Can I use points to pay for my entire order?
- Yes! At checkout, you can use points to pay fully, partially or pay fully in cash.
Is there a minimum number of points I can use?
- No, you can put any number of points toward your order.
Is there a minimum order amount?
- There is no minimum order, but orders below $14.95 will incur an additional Small Order Fee of $3.95, which will be added to the standard delivery fee.
Are there any delivery fees?
- Yes, there is a standard delivery fee of $3.95 for all orders.
How will delivery work?
- Place your order through the Bilt app, and you'll receive a text with a tracking link for your delivery. Delivery is fulfilled by Gopuff.
What happens if I have issues with my order?
- Please reach out to our support team by tapping your profile icon in the top right corner to chat with us using iMessage or WhatsApp. Alternatively, you can click the chat icon on our website.
Do I earn Bilt Points on these orders?
- Bilt Rewards members will earn 1 Bilt Point per dollar spent on purchases (net of any returns or credits) on Bilt Home Delivery orders paid using any eligible card on file that is linked to the member's Bilt account (must be a Visa®, Mastercard®, or American Express® card).
Can I cancel my order?
- At this time, Home Delivery orders are final, and cannot be canceled by members.
What if I am not present at the time of delivery for my order?
- If your order requires you to present your ID at the time of order delivery, you will be notified during checkout. If your ID cannot be verified and/or you are not present at the time of the attempted delivery, then your order will be canceled by your driver and no portion of the order will be delivered.
