How to earn up to 55,000 Bilt Points with the Broker Closing Offer
Overview
The Broker Closing Offer is a limited-time promotional offer that allows Bilt Members to earn 5,000 Bilt Points when they get pre-approved and 50,000 Bilt Points when they close a mortgage loan with a mortgage expert matched through Bilt (a Bilt Neighborhood Broker). Each award can be earned once.
Before you begin
- You must be a Bilt Member with an account in good standing.
- This offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis with a limited number of participants.
- You will need access to the Bilt app on mobile or desktop.
Steps

Get matched with a mortgage expert
Open the Buy a Home tab in the Bilt app on mobile or desktop. Complete the questions to get matched with a mortgage expert through Bilt. Once matched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Get pre-approved
Get pre-approved through your mortgage expert during the Offer Period.
Earn 5,000 Bilt Points (deposited within 30 days of your pre-approval)

Close your mortgage loan
Work with that same mortgage expert and close a mortgage loan during the Offer Period.
Earn 50,000 Bilt Points (deposited within 30 days of verified loan closing)
What happens next
- After your pre-approval, 5,000 Bilt Points will appear in your account within 30 days.
- After your mortgage loan closes and the closing is verified, 50,000 Bilt Points will appear in your account within 30 days.
- Only one (1) pre-approval award and one (1) closing award per eligible Bilt Member qualify for points under this offer.
- Points earned through this offer do not count toward tier status (Silver, Gold, Platinum) for the calendar year, and no tier points are awarded.

Common questions
Do I earn points at pre-approval? Yes. You can earn 5,000 Bilt Points when you get pre-approved through the mortgage expert you were matched with through Bilt, during the Offer Period. You can earn an additional 50,000 Bilt Points when your loan closes.
When does the Offer Period end? The Offer Period ends on January 30, 2027 at 11:59 PM ET, unless Bilt ends, modifies, or extends it earlier.
Do these points count toward my tier status? No. Points earned through this offer do not count toward tier status (Silver, Gold, Platinum) for the calendar year.
Can I participate more than once? No. You can earn each award (pre-approval and closing) one (1) time.
What if I do not close within 90 days? The loan must close within 90 days of your initial conversation with the mortgage expert to qualify for the 50,000 closing points.
What happens if my Bilt account is closed or in default? Your Bilt account must be open and not in default when your pre-approval or loan closing is verified and when the points are deposited. If your account is not in good standing, you will not receive the points.
