When you pay your rent through Bilt using a Qatar Airways Privilege Club Signature Credit Card or Qatar Airways Privilege Club Infinite Credit Card credit card, you’ll earn three (3) Avios per $1 spent on eligible rent payments – on up to $50,000 per calendar year. Just link your Qatar Airways Privilege Club Signature Credit Card or Qatar Airways Privilege Club Infinite Credit Card to your Billpay account and then you can use it in your property’s online rent payment portal.
How do I set up rent payments through Bilt?
If you don’t live in a Bilt Rewards Alliance building, you can add your eligible credit card to your Bilt Wallet. Then, set up a Billpay account in the My Home tab by following the steps to add your home. During the process, you can select your eligible credit card as your payment method and create a Billpay account with a unique routing and account number that you'll add to your property's payment portal. When you pay rent through your payment portal using the routing and account number provided by Bilt, your card will be charged for the rent payment by Bilt.
What if I pay my rent by check?
You are not currently able to pay rent by check with a Qatar Airways Privilege Club Signature Credit Card or Qatar Airways Privilege Club Infinite Credit Card.
Is there a fee for this transaction?
Yes, when you pay rent with your Qatar Airways Privilege Club Signature Credit Card or Qatar Airways Privilege Club Infinite Credit Card, you’ll be charged a 3% transaction fee. This fee is charged by Bilt. However, you’ll also earn three (3) Avios per $1 spent on both your rent payment AND the transaction fee amount, up to $50,000 per calendar year.
When will I see the Avios I’ve earned in my Qatar Privilege Club account after I pay rent with an eligible credit card?
Allow up to 12 weeks after the credit card statement closes for the promotional Avios to be credited to your Qatar Airways Privilege Club account.
Am I earning Avios or Bilt Points?
If you are paying your rent with your Qatar Airways Privilege Club Signature Credit Card or Qatar Airways Privilege Club Infinite Credit Card, you will only earn three (3) Avios per dollar on Rent Spend, including on the 3% transaction fee, on up to $50,000 per calendar year based on transaction date.
Can I pay with an eligible Qatar Airways Privilege Club Signature Credit Card or Qatar Airways Privilege Club Infinite Credit Card and earn Points instead of Avios? No, if you elect to pay with an eligible credit card, you will be awarded Avios for your rent payment in place of Bilt Points.
Who do I contact if the Avios I’ve earned have not posted to my Privilege Club account? Please contact Cardless if your Avios earned from paying your monthly rent with your Qatar Airways Privilege Club Signature Credit Card or Qatar Airways Privilege Club Infinite Credit Card do not appear in your Privilege Club account within 12 weeks after the credit card statement closing date.

Have I hit my annual $50,000 spending limit?
You’ll earn three (3) Avios per $1 spent on rent payments on up to $50,000 of annual Rent Spend as defined as the period from January 1st to December 31st for every calendar year. After $50,000 in annual Rent Spend based on transaction date, eligible cardholders will continue to earn one 1 Avios per dollar on Rent Spend made through a linked Bilt Rewards account. What happens to my Avios if my rent is denied or canceled when using my eligible credit card?
Payments must be finalized and cleared to earn Avios. Denied or canceled transactions do not count as qualifying transactions.
What if I have more than one eligible credit card?
To receive three (3) Avios per $1 spent on your monthly rent payment, you must pay using an eligible Qatar Airways Privilege Club Signature Credit Card or Qatar Airways Privilege Club Infinite Credit Card. The Privilege Club number as it appears on your credit card is the account to which the Avios will post. If you have multiple Qatar Privilege Club credit cards you can switch which one you use to pay rent at any time.
Can I earn Avios on rent payments made through other websites or retailers? No, Avios can only be earned on rent payments made directly through the Bilt App or website when paying with an eligible credit card.
How do I link my eligible Qatar Airways Privilege Club credit card to my Bilt Wallet? 1. Sign in to your Bilt account and navigate to the Wallet tab
2. Select “add card” and enter your card details
3. Select “link card” to link your card to your Bilt wallet.
How can I see my Avios balance?
You can check your Avios balance by visiting qatarairways.com and logging into your Privilege Club account.
Do Avios expire?
Yes, Avios expire after 36 months of inactivity. Any qualifying earning activity, such as taking a flight, using a co-branded credit card, or making a purchase with partners, resets the 36-month clock for your entire balance.
