When you pay your rent through Bilt using an Alaska Airlines Visa Signature® card, you’ll earn 3X Atmos Points on each rent payment—up to $50,000 per year. Just link your Alaska Airlines Visa Signature® card to your BillPay account and then you can use in your property’s online rent payment portal.
How do I set up rent payments through Bilt?

- Once your account is created, you’ll be assigned a BillPay account. This will be your unique routing and account number that you’ll add to your property’s payment portal. You can find this in the Home tab of the app and website.
What if I pay my rent by check?

- You are not currently able to pay rent by check with the Atmos™ Rewards Ascent Visa Signature® or Atmos™ Rewards Summit Visa Infinite® card. The BillPay account you will create will need to be connected to a payment portal.
Is there a fee for this transaction?

- When you pay rent with your Atmos™ Rewards Ascent Visa Signature® or Atmos™ Rewards Summit Visa Infinite® card, you'll be charged a 3% transaction fee. However, you'll also earn 3x Atmos Rewards Points on both your rent payment AND the transaction fee amount, up to $50,000 per year.
How long will it take my points to display?

- Atmos Rewards Points earned within a given billing cycle post to your Atmos Rewards™ account 7-10 days after the credit card statement closes.
Am I earning Atmos Rewards Points or Bilt Points?

- If you are paying your rent with your Atmos™ Rewards Ascent Visa Signature® or Atmos™ Rewards Summit Visa Infinite® card, you will earn 3X Atmos Rewards Points on each rent payment, including on the 3% transaction fee, up to $50,000 per year.
Where will I see the points I earn?

- The points you earn on rent payments paid with your eligible cards through Bilt will post to your Atmos Rewards account 7-10 days after the credit card statement closes.
Have I hit my annual $50,000 spending limit?

- You'll earn 3x Atmos Rewards Points on rent payments up to $50,000 per calendar year (January 1st to December 31st). After reaching the $50,000 limit, you'll continue to earn 1x Atmos Rewards Point per dollar on rent payments. How do I pay my rent with an eligible card?
- To begin earning 3x Atmos Rewards Points on your rent, you'll need to:
- Create your Bilt Rewards account
- Link your eligible Atmos card
- Set up your BillPay account with routing/account numbers
- Add these details to your property's payment portal
What if I still have the Alaska Visa Signature card?

- Atmos has recently announced that the Alaska Airlines Visa Signature® card has been renamed to the Atmos™ Rewards Ascent Visa Signature® card. If you have not received your new card, your existing card is still eligible to earn 3x Atmos Rewards Points on rent payments up to $50,000 per calendar year.
