I received a lease renewal reward offer from my property. What should I do next?
You’ll receive an email and push notification letting you know about your lease renewal reward offer from Bilt. This reward is offered by your property for letting them know early if you are renewing your lease.
Once you let your property know about your lease decision, they will send us that information directly. Your award will then be available when your lease renews or ends.
Once your reward is available, depending on how your property sends it you may need to claim it before it can be deposited into your account.
How to claim your reward
1. Go to the Your Benefits page, where you’ll see the option to claim your reward. |

2. You’ll have the option to either claim the full reward, or split the reward with your roommate.
If you’re splitting your reward with your roommate, you can either split the reward evenly, or do a custom split.
Bilt is not involved in the process of splitting your reward, that’s entirely determined between you and your roommate. |

3. Once the reward has been claimed, your reward will be distributed into your account. |
What if my roommate has claimed some or all of the reward?
Rewards can be given to your entire household or just to a single resident, which is determined by your property. In this case, your roommate might have claimed some or all of the reward. If your roommate claimed part of the reward and shared some with you, you’ll see it in your Bilt account. Bilt has no control over this, so we recommend discussing it directly with your roommate.
