Bilt Cash – Bilt Rewards Support

Bilt Cash is designed to give members more simple, flexible ways to get everyday value across housing, dining, travel, wellness, and experiences—alongside Bilt Points.

What is Bilt Cash?

Bilt Cash is a flexible rewards currency—separate from Bilt Points—that provides dollar-for-dollar value across the Bilt ecosystem.

You can use Bilt Cash for everyday credits, exclusive experiences, and enhanced benefits that aren’t always available with points alone. Bilt Cash does not replace Bilt Points. Instead, it works alongside them, giving you more choice in how you get value from your Bilt membership.

How do you earn Bilt Cash?

Every Bilt member—including non-cardholders—earns $50 in Bilt Cash for every 25,000 Bilt Points earned toward elite status.

Each time you hit this milestone, your Bilt Cash is automatically unlocked and ready to use. You can track your Bilt Cash balance and your progress toward your next milestone anytime in the Wallet tab.

How do you redeem Bilt Cash?

Beginning February 1, 2026, members can redeem Bilt Cash seamlessly on eligible purchases at checkout in the Bilt app or on bilt.com.

Enhanced rewards and unlocks across the Bilt ecosystem

Dining and Groceries

$120 / year toward restaurant delivery (fulfilled via Grubhub)

Bilt Members may redeem ten dollars ($10) of Bilt Cash per calendar month toward Grubhub or Seamless purchases. Upon redemption, a $10 Grubhub promotional code will be delivered via email. Promotional codes are valid for intended recipients only and expire at the end of the calendar month in which they are redeemed. Members may apply the promotional code at checkout to eligible orders at Grubhub.com, Seamless.com or in the Grubhub or Seamless app. Each promotional code is valid for one-time use only on a restaurant delivery order. Order subtotal must be at least $0.01 (before tax, fees, and optional gratuity). Discount will apply to order subtotal only (up to $10 off). Members will be responsible for any applicable tax, fees, and optional gratuity. Not valid on catering or pickup orders. Only valid on orders placed using personal (non-corporate) accounts. Up to $300 / year of restaurant credit at select Bilt Dining partners

Use Bilt Cash toward meals at select Bilt partner restaurants via Mobile Dining Checkout; one visit per month up to $25; rollout expanding to thousands of restaurants nationwide.

Filter by Mobile Checkout in the Bilt app to see participating locations. When you’re ready to pay, view your digital receipt on your phone and apply your available Bilt Cash, up to $25.

Up to $600 / year toward dining experience bookings

Redeem Bilt Cash to book exclusive Bilt dining experiences; up to $50 per month.

Cardholder Exclusive Bonus Points

Cardholder exclusive bonuses are available when card earning is set to 4% back in Bilt Cash on everyday spend.

Unlock points on monthly rent or mortgage payments with no transaction fees; every $30 Bilt Cash redeemed earns 1,000 points, up to 1X of your monthly rent or mortgage payment. Bilt Cash does not need to be redeemed in $30 increments to unlock points on housing. Minimum redemption is $0.03 of Bilt Cash which converts to 1 Bilt Point.

Travel and Transportation

Up to $1,200 hotel credit / year

Use Bilt Cash in the Bilt Travel Portal; two-night minimum; up to $50/month for Blue & Silver members and up to $100/month for Gold & Platinum members. Bilt Cash redemptions can be used in combination with Bilt Points, annual hotel credits, and cash at checkout.

Unlock higher transfer bonuses

Use Bilt Cash to upgrade your Rent Day transfer bonus to the next status tier; Platinum members receive an additional boost; example: Gold member can upgrade from 75% to 100% for $75 Bilt Cash; pricing and availability subject to change.

$120 Lyft rideshare credits / year

Redeem $10 per month toward Lyft rides.

Up to $150 toward a Blacklane ride / year

Redeem at checkout for Blacklane rides; up to $50/year (Blue & Silver), up to $100/year (Gold), or up to $150/year (Platinum).

Up to $700 of BLADE credit / year

Redeem Bilt Cash for a seat on a BLADE airport flight; up to $350 per seat booking (total $700 per year); up to 2 bookings per year.

How many BLADE credits can I use per year?
2 credits of $350 value each, are available per calendar year, resetting every January 1.
How much is each credit worth?
$350 per credit, which can be applied toward a booking for 1 seat on a BLADE flight.
Can I book two seats at once?
Yes. You can use both annual credits simultaneously to book two seats in a single transaction. You can apply a maximum of $350 in credit toward each seat, for a total of up to $700 in credit to book two seats.
Can I save leftover credit if my seat costs less than $350?
No. If you use Bilt Cash to book a seat on a BLADE flight that costs less than $350, no remaining credit value will be retained or refunded.
Can I combine Bilt Cash with other payment methods to book BLADE flights?
Yes. Bilt Cash credits can be combined with Bilt Points and regular cash at checkout for BLADE bookings.
How do I redeem my BLADE credit?
Available redemption options will appear automatically at checkout when you book a seat on a BLADE flight in the Bilt Travel Portal on the Bilt app or website.
Can I put my Bilt Cash toward incidental purchases like luggage or upgrades?
No, Bilt Cash can only be applied to seat bookings on BLADE flights, not additional upgrades like FLEX fares or luggage.

Unlock Home Away From Home hotel benefits

Blue & Silver members can unlock luxury one booking per month at a Bilt Home Away from Home property. Booking benefits usually reserved only for Gold and Platinum members for $95 Bilt Cash each month; may include benefits such as room upgrades, ~$100 hotel credits, early check-in, late checkout, and more.

Up to $840 of Priority Pass extra guest credits / year

Palladium-only; cover up to two guest fees per month, in addition to the passes for primary cardholder and two free guests included with Priority Pass; $35 per guest; up to $70 statement credit per month.

Health and Wellness

Up to $480 fitness class credit / year

Redeem toward one group fitness class per month in the Bilt app (including SoulCycle, Barry’s, and others); up to $40 per month.

Up to $300 credit toward spa services, personal training, and pilates sessions at Equinox

Redeem credit toward spa and ancillary services up to twice per calendar yeat at Equinox based on your Bilt status tier:
- Blue Members: $75 dollars in credit 2X per year
- Silver Members: $100 dollars in credit 2X per year
- Gold and Platinum Members: $150 dollars in credit 2X per year

How do I redeem Bilt Cash for Equinox credits?

Eligible Bilt Members can redeem Bilt Cash for Equinox credits on a biannual basis (twice per year). To redeem, visit the Wallet tab and find the Equinox credit redemption option. If you have enough Bilt Cash to redeem and you have not already redeemed your credit for the period, it will be available to be redeemed.
When can I redeem my Bilt Cash for an Equinox credit?

Credits will be available for redemption twice per year. One credit will be available to be redeemed from Jan 1-June 30th of a calendar year, and one credit will be available to be redeemed July 1 to December 31st of a calendar year.
What can I use my Equinox credits for?

Credits cannot be applied toward general club membership dues or other services not listed. Equinox credits can be applied toward the following services:
- Treatments at The Spa
- Personal Training sessions
- Studio Pilates sessions
When do my available Equinox credits expire?

Credits are available to be redeemed on a biannual basis, one from Jan 1- June 30th of the calendar year, one from July 1-December 31 of the calendar year. Available credits won’t roll over and will expire if not used during the eligible period.
Do the credits expire once I have redeemed my Bilt Cash for them?

Yes. If you redeem your Bilt Cash for an Equinox credit but do not use the credit for an eligible booking within the half-year period, your credit expires. That means a credit redeemed on January 3rd would expire on June 30th. Likewise, a credit redeemed on July 4th would expire on December 31 of this year.
If my Bilt status increases (ex. From Blue to Silver) - do I receive an additional $50 in EQX credits

If your Bilt status changes and you have not yet redeemed your credit for the period, the amount of Bilt Cash you can redeem for Equinox credit will increase corresponding to your status change. If you have already redeemed your credit for the period, you will not receive additional credit for the period, but you will receive the increased credit amount during the next period.
What if I don't have enough Bilt Cash to cover the full redemption amount?
You can redeem Bilt Cash for a credit that is less than the full available credit amount, but please note that by doing so you will forfeit the remaining value of the credit. The minimum amount you can redeem is $50.

$120 Walgreens credit / year

Redeem $10 per month toward a Walgreens credit. To use, visit the Rewards tab in the Bilt App and navigate to the Gift Card section in Everyday Rewards. Tap on your Walgreens gift card and press reveal. You'll see a gift card link — copy and paste this link into your mobile browser and tap the Use button to display the barcode. Have the cashier scan the barcode at checkout.

Up to $600 toward comedy experience bookings per year

Redeem up to $50 per month for exclusive Bilt comedy experiences. Available 3/1/26.

Up to $120 Bilt Design Collection credit per year

Redeem up to $10 per month toward Bilt Design Collection purchases. Available 2/1/2026.

How do monthly credits work?

Each calendar month, you can choose how to use your available Bilt Cash credits. Once a monthly credit is used, it resets at the start of the next calendar month. Unused credits do not rollover.

Some benefits reset annually or after completion rather than monthly. You can always see your available credits, reset timing, and redemption instructions in the Wallet tab.

When does a monthly credit reset?

The monthly credit resets at midnight PT / 3:00 am ET on the 1st of each month. For example, a redemption made on May 1 at 1:00 am ET would count toward April's monthly limit

Are there limits on Bilt Cash redemptions?

Some benefits include monthly or annual limits. These limits help keep popular benefits widely available while providing predictable value for members.

For benefits labeled “up to” a maximum amount, you can redeem any amount up to that maximum for a single use. Any unused portion is forfeited. Your credit will reset when the benefit refreshes the next month or year.

For benefits with a fixed amount, you’ll need that exact amount of Bilt Cash available to redeem.

Do Bilt Cash redemptions by authorized users count toward the primary cardholder's limits?

The monthly Bilt Cash redemption limits apply per Bilt account. For example, this means both the primary cardholder and an authorized user would be able to use their own $10/month Lyft Credit redemption if they both have enough Bilt Cash in their individual Bilt accounts.

Does Bilt Cash expire?

Bilt Cash earned during the calendar year expires at year-end. To give you flexibility, up to $100 of unused Bilt Cash automatically rolls over into the next year.

How is Bilt Cash different from Bilt Points?

Bilt Points are variable-value points designed for high-value redemptions like travel transfers outside of Bilt’s ecosystem and long-term goals like paying down student loans.
Bilt Cash provides simple, dollar-for-dollar value for clarifying everyday benefits and experiences in Bilt’s home and neighborhood platform.

They’re designed to work together.

Will Bilt Cash replace or reduce my points?

No. Bilt Cash is an addition to Bilt Points and does not reduce your point earnings.

Can I transfer Bilt Cash to airline or hotel partners?

No. Bilt Cash is designed for use within the Bilt ecosystem. That’s what keeps Bilt Points especially valuable for travel transfers.

Where can I see my Bilt Cash balance?

You can view your Bilt Cash balance, available credits, and redemption options anytime in the Wallet tab on the Bilt app or website.
