How to earn 50,000 Bilt Points with the Broker Closing Offer
Overview
The Broker Closing Offer is a limited-time promotional offer that allows Bilt Members to earn 50,000 Bilt Points when they close a mortgage loan with a mortgage expert matched through Bilt. Points are awarded once, when your loan closes — pre-approval on its own does not earn points.
Before you begin
- You must be a Bilt Member with an account in good standing.
- This offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis with a limited number of participants.
- You will need access to the Bilt app on mobile or desktop.
Steps

Get matched with a mortgage expert
Open the Buy a Home tab in the Bilt app on mobile or desktop. Complete the questions to get matched with a mortgage expert through Bilt.

Receive your confirmation email
Once matched, you will receive a confirmation email. This email marks the start of your Offer Period.

Close your mortgage loan
Work with that same mortgage expert and close a mortgage loan during the Offer Period.
Earn 50,000 Bilt Points (deposited within 30 days of verified loan closing)
What happens next
- After your mortgage loan closes and the closing is verified, 50,000 Bilt Points will appear in your account within 30 days.
- Only one (1) closing award per eligible Bilt Member qualifies for points under this offer.
- Points earned through this offer do not count toward tier status (Silver, Gold, Platinum) for the calendar year, and no tier points are awarded.

Common questions
Do I earn points at pre-approval? No. Points are awarded only when your mortgage loan closes through the mortgage expert you were matched with through Bilt.
When does the Offer Period start? The Offer Period begins on the date you receive the email confirming you have been matched with a mortgage expert through Bilt. It ends on November 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
Do these points count toward my tier status? No. Points earned through this offer do not count toward tier status (Silver, Gold, Platinum) for the calendar year.
Can I participate more than once? No. This offer is available one (1) time per eligible Bilt Member.
What if I do not close within 90 days? The loan must close within 90 days of your initial conversation with the mortgage expert to qualify for the points.
What happens if my Bilt account is closed or in default? Your Bilt account must be open and not in default at the time your loan closes and at the time the points are deposited. If your account is not in good standing, you will not receive the points.
