How do I earn Bilt Points?

Bilt Members earn the most valuable rewards - Bilt Points! Here's a breakdown of all the ways you can get rewarded:

Paying Rent

Earning rewards on rent happens when you live at a Bilt Alliance Property, our network of apartments and homes across the country, or anywhere else! No matter where you live, you can earn rewards on rent.

  • Bilt Alliance Residents earn points when they pay rent directly through the Bilt Payment Center using ACH, credit card, or debit card. Bilt Alliance Residents also have access to additional benefits including points on new leases, renewals, birthdays, and more.
  • If your home is not part of the Bilt Alliance, you can still earn points on rent by using a Rent Rewards Account to submit a rent payment through their property's online portal
    • You can also earn rewards when you pay rent by check with the Bilt Mastercard®

Earn more with the Bilt Mastercard

With the Bilt Mastercard®, cardholders can earn even more points on rent - without the transaction fee. Bilt Cardholders also earn additional points on their everyday spend.

  • 1X points on rent payments without the transaction fee (up to 100,000 points each calendar year)1
  • 2X points on travel1
  • 3X points on dining1
  • 1X points on other purchases1

Just use the card 5 times each statement period to earn points.

  • Automatically earn points at Neighborhood Dining restaurants when paying with any linked debit or credit card, in addition to your usual card rewards
  • Access exclusive rewards on Walgreens purchases and prescriptions
  • Earn 2X points on Lyft Rideshare when you link your Bilt and Lyft accounts
