Bilt Alliance Residents earn points when they pay rent directly through the Bilt Payment Center using ACH, credit card, or debit card. Residents who live in the Bilt Rewards Alliance make payments directly through the Bilt Payment Center and get exclusive opportunities to earn on new leases, renewals, and more
- If your home is not part of the Bilt Alliance, you can still earn points on rent by using your BillPay account to submit a rent payment through their property's online portal
